Having completed numerous projects since 1997 covering the commercial sectors as well as high end residential and listed buildings we have noticed there appears to be a shortfall in offering a post contract service that would ensure the longevity of original finishes and contribute in maintaining the fabric and performance of a building.
To address this issue we have created "Quad Care" our complete post contract, minor works and maintenance service.
Quad Care is a proactive response service available to existing and new clients. On completion of a project we will arrange an SMV (Site Maintenance Visit). During this visit we will survey all relevant areas prior to preparing a schedule of proposed maintenance work required should a client wish to proceed.
All work then undertaken will be carried out by Quad Contracts skilled labour to ensure the standard of maintenance supplied is as high as the original finishes.
When Emma joined Quad earlier this year, we wanted her to have the freedom to showcase her talents, her charisma, and her positive attitude.
With this in mind Quad created a new role in the capacity of Client Liaison Manager, which Quad felt would help to bring Emma's best qualities out and benefit the company.
