Quad Contracts

Quad Contracts was formed in 1997, as a specialist fit-out and refurbishment company by the current three Directors, Tony Lawson, Daniel Nebbitt and Ian Marlow, who are all permanently based in privately owned premises at London Bridge.

Individual projects up to £4.3m have been successfully completed, incorporating Quad's fresh, helpful and professional approach, for various clients throughout London, and our experience covers many market sectors including, healthcare, commercial, high-end residential, airline, media, Local Authority, retail and education.

We have had the pleasure of working with over 200 different clients, providing them with our advice, enthusiasm and expertise at completing high class, quality refurbishment and fit-out works, and enabling us to secure a consistent amount of repeat business.

Quad Contracts employs strict health, safety and quality procedures on all of our projects, ensuring that we maintain our enviable Health & Safety record, whilst ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with the final results of their project.

As principle contractor, we have experience in varying forms of contracts, including JCT, management contracting, NEC and hybrid forms whilst completing works from major refurbishment, fit-out, minor works and churn.
