Strip out of existing shops adjacent to the main A&E dept, minor demolition of small offices within to form new paediatric accident and emergency dept. Works in normal hours maintaining access to main A&E Dept.
Project environment:
Formed Triage, Trolley rooms x 4, High dependency, Nurses station, Procedures and Consulting, Waiting rooms and WC facilities, incorporating hospital bespoke furniture. Minor roof works.
Mechanically and electrically:
Provided full AC and specialist electrical installation incorporating links to critical systems and new AHU installation. Use of in house specialist contractors for medical gas and security. Full data install.
