At Quad Contracts Mark Hart our Health and Safety Manager has accumulated a wealth of experience within the London contracting and fit-out industry covering work on Commercial Buildings, Hospitals, Education centres and Residential Buildings.

He is also trained in the management of Asbestos in buildings, Fire Safety, Risk Management and CDM disciplines.

Quad Contracts is an active member of RoSPA and CONSTRUCTIONLINE and we are proud to hold the approval of the “Safe Contractor” scheme since November 2005.

We operate in accordance with our own in-house Best Practice Manual available to all of our employees via our company website to ensure continuity and adherence to safety, quality of workmanship and environmental standards through continuous monitoring audits and inspection exercises.

All of our employees receive on-going training programmes appropriate to their specific responsibilities and attend the CIEF Foundation Course in Health and Safety with all site supervisors trained in the 4 day HSE Approved First Aid Course.

All of our Sub-Contractors undergo a rigorous pre-qualifying exercise to ensure total compliance with current industry standards.
